DISCOVER MYPhilosophy & Purpose
My Philosophy
I believe your wedding day should feel exactly like it was always meant to—unrushed, unfiltered, and deeply yours. It is a day where your only task is to be present: to hold the hand of your favorite person, to laugh too loudly with your friends, to cry without holding back, and to take in the quiet and the chaos, knowing that nothing is slipping away unnoticed.
The most meaningful moments cannot be staged. They live in the in-between—in the shared glance, the unexpected tear, and the joy that cannot be rehearsed. Because of this, my approach is hands-off and honest. I document your day seamlessly as it unfolds without interrupting the flow of your timeline.
When guidance is needed, I offer it gently—but I will never pose you into something you are not.
What I Capture
The core of my work is rooted in a deep draw to real emotion. I don’t just wait for things to happen; I actively look for them, anticipate the shifts in the room, and prepare for the quiet, fleeting moments before they even occur.
Because of this, the vast majority of your gallery is a clean, faithful archive of the day—an intentional, documentary-style record of the environment, the details, and the people you love. This includes dedicated, thoughtful portraits of your guests, acknowledging them as an invaluable part of your life and history.
My goal is to capture real moments so honestly that when you look back at the photos years from now, you don’t just remember what the day looked like—you actually relive how it felt, feeling the exact depth of the emotions right behind the frame.
The Energy & Art
But throughout the day, I am also drawn to the unconventional. Whenever the opportunity arises, I will intentionally lean into a more modern, editorial aesthetic to capture images that evoke emotions in a more indirect and artistic way.
I love creating striking black-and-white images and capturing deliberate motion blur, soft focus, and dramatic crops. These are purposeful, artistic choices meant to trap the living, breathing speed of a moment—giving you photographs designed to feel less like a standard wedding record, and more like a piece of art meant to hang proudly on your wall.
Who This Is For
This approach is for couples who value substance over spectacle. You are someone who wants to genuinely live your wedding day, not perform for a camera. You care deeply about real, authentic emotions, and you want a visual record that allows you to actually relive how the day felt, not just see how it looked.
If you dread the idea of forced posing, fake moments, or staging things for the sake of a trend, you are in the right place. My work is for the non-traditionalists—those who aren’t materialistic or superficial, but instead value art, presence, and the raw beauty of honest human connection.
